    1. Identifying new sales leads for products and services
    2. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients
    3. Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
    4. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
    5. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
    6. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
    7. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
    8. Collecting the requirements from the potential client
    9. Developing quotes and proposals
    10. Negotiating and renegotiating with potential clients
    11. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring that they are met
    12. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
    13. Achieving individual and team target
    14. Coordinating with Production team to gather requirements from the client and effort estimates
    15. Experience in Sales CRM and other marketing tools
