    Job Profile :

    Job Responsibilities of Training Manager:

    • Identifying and assessing current and future training needs
    • Deploying a wide variety of training methods
    • Recommends necessary revisions to existing training courses and possible areas requiring training courses.
    • Provide opportunities for ongoing development
    • Implements all training courses as scheduled
    • Assists the Delivery Manager in developing annual budgets and plans.
    • Manage training and quality management with the budget.

    Training Knowledge & Skills

    • Have a strong end to end life cycle of training (Analysis, Design and Development, Implementation, Evaluation)
    • Have a working various instructional models
    • Is able to diagnose Training gaps/needs and provide solutions to improve performance.

    Communication

    • Effectively express ideas and information through the spoken and written language that is appropriate to both the complexity of the topic and the knowledge and understanding of the audience.
    • Actively listens and incorporates input from others
    • Holding an open communication channel with internal & external customers
    Staff Management and Development
    • Mentors and develops direct reports
    • Diagnoses the strengths and development opportunities within the team
    • Provides timely, clear and actionable performance feedback
    • Praises, rewards and recognizes high performance
    • Acts decisively to solve people problems
    • Creates a positive team environment through co-operation
    Client and Account Management

    • Ability to create spontaneous relationship with the Client and Production team, employing a style that is open, flexible and confident

    • Measures self and team against goals/objectives of the department

    Role Expertise:
    • Proven work experience as a manager
    • Minimum of 6 + years of IT domain experience.
    • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
    • Strong report writing and record keeping ability
    • The ability to interpret data and statistics
    • Familiar with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops etc.)
    • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
    • The Ability to Measure and Assess Staff Training Needs
    • Familiarity with quality standards and processes
