Initially, they were using a software built using Dot Net technology which wasn’t efficient to manage their complex multi-staging business processes. As described earlier, Town and City Developers,one of the top real estate developers, was using CRM software built-in Dot Net technology which was outdated to meet their advanced business requirements. Also, the implemented CRM software was developed only for desktop versions which completely lagged in flexibility and user-competencies.
Also, as a multi-dimensional company, Town and City Developers consists of 32 different stages in it and each stage consists of various fields in it – to be more precise, 12 stages under presales, and 20 stages under post-sales. Each stage consists of various data process procedures.
